All bookings are subject to our cancellation policy. When you make a booking, you are confirming that you have read and agree to the cancellation policy and the terms and conditions shown. If you need to cancel your booking please notify us 24 hours before your date of arrival or the first night’s accommodation will be charged to your card.
We do not guarantee specific rooms but will aim to honour any requests, subject to availability.
Any damages must be paid for.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere within the Eco Pods. Penalty charges will be applied to anyone smoking inside the premises.

To apply for a card an application form must be filled out online, club cards will then be issued and ready to collect from the pro shop.
